How did we engage with the customer?

We engaged with the Harvey Norman Lovetech team and their developers to fully understand their requirements. We documented the mobile trade-in journey and mapped out an in-store solution that delivers a best-in-class customer service experience. We worked on streamlining the processes and introduced new technology to make the trade-in experience first class and competitive.

How did we solve their challenges?

With our understanding of the key business goals we designed a multi-category trade-in solution that integrates directly into the Harvey Norman Lovetech service management system. This allows instant evaluation and pricing to be shared with the customer whilst still in the store.

The customer needs and challenges

The Harvey Norman Lovetech team needed a solution that allowed an instant in-store trade-in which would allow customers to immediately apply trade-in credits to new purchases, enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting sustainability. This credit could then be used to purchase technology products or even products from Harvey Norman's furniture, bedding and appliances department.
